The Dilly Hotel London

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were outstanding, from the luxurious spa and wellness centre to the amazing restaurant and bar/lounge area. the service was superb and the staff went out of their way to fulfill our every need.

The only minor issue we encountered was a broken bedside lamp with no plug. the outstanding service quickly rectified the situation and provided us with a replacement lamp.

The quirky lobby, the lovely Terrace, and the stylish Club Lounge make a great impression. The dance studio is a unique touch, and the Oak Lounge serves Instagram-worthy cocktails.

Who needs a hotel with a great Terrace, outdoor terrace, and trendy bar/restaurant? Not me, I'd rather have dull amenities.

I recently had a nice romantic escape at a hotel in the heart of the city. From the moment of arrival, the hotel staff were pretty good too make our stay lovely. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a romantic welcome pack and rose petals scattered throughout. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the city, with many attractions right at our doorstep. We enjoyed the pool and steam room, as well as the cozy lounge area. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food, satisfying even the pickiest of eaters. our romantic weekend was so nice, and I would highly recommend this hotel for a special getaway.

The rooms at The Dilly are so comfy and fancy, with plush bathrobes and slippers. I felt like a VIP with 24-hour room service and a super cozy workspace. It's like a dream!

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too chilly for my liking.

The staff at this hotel were cute and friendly, always willing to help with any request. The hotel itself had a beautifully decorated entrance and a fantastic terrace with a restaurant that overlooked a bustling street. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas, theaters, and cultural institutions. the complementary breakfast and afternoon tea offered when the pool was closed was a nice gesture.

On the bright side, the hotel is located very close to all attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the room was comfortable and clean, providing a great place to relax after a long day of adventure.

The breakfast service was poor with food running out and long waiting times to replenish.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was walking distance to many popular sites and the theatre district shows. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool area, were excellent, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast provided in the lovely conservatory. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The health club was a delightful surprise. After a long day of exploring London, relaxing in the steam room felt like entering a magical oasis hidden within the bustling city. The spa's massages were so rejuvenating, I felt as if I had been sprinkled with fairy dust!

View not as expected.

I was actually surprised by the comfortable bed and fresh fruit at breakfast. Although the decor was a bit outdated, my room was clean and well-maintained.

As a leisure traveler, I recently stayed at this centrally located hotel for three nights. It was a great choice! The hotel's prime location made it easy for me to explore iconic landmarks like Trafalgar Square and Fortnum & Mason. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary bottled water provided daily, and the warm and welcoming concierge staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The pastries left in my room were a delightful surprise after a long flight.

This hotel is in a prime location-right in the heart of the city and surrounded by top notch restaurants, bars, and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need.
